Talk to Me

Get a Creative Director for a Week

Do you have a project, idea, or challenge that needs attention? Imagine where you might be with 7-days of dedicated support from a Creative Director. I am Danielle, and I will guide you to the decisions that need to be made, ideas to keep, and places to take action.

This is for people who want to advance their vision and voice in the world, like my friend Kendra Lara. She engaged Talk to Me to develop concepts her forthcoming second round of art installations for the Estuary Projects. Mid-process, she needed to start writing a keynote for the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists MLK breakfast (read it here).

She points to the ideas: “the part about apocalypse, how values persist through generations – I can’t believe what we were able to mine and develop during Talk to Me. What an incredible value.”

The process utilizes voice notes on Whatsapp to provide you with a place to express your ideas, hear yourself, and get feedback. I designed this product to meet the needs of my busiest clients, who have the least amount of open spaces to develop ideas. Maybe you want to launch something new, be seen differently, or bring an idea into a more developed form.

In less than 20 minutes per day, for 7 days, you will get clear what needs to happen to move your ideas into action. Leave your messages and hear my responses when timing works for you within the week.

Your winning idea is tangled up with (ir?)relevant threads. We talk it through.  You untangle the block. Be it a ball of work problems, familiar creative challenge, or a new idea needing attention, the Talk to Me process gives you a place dump out your mind. You’ve got me on the other end of the line, harvesting, reflecting, applauding, spotting quagmires.
Here are more victories:
  • Art project workplan designed
  • Voice shifted from head to heart
  • Refined pitch story, integrated personal narrative
  • Codified workflow to bring team from concept to completion
  • Invigorated story of self after challenging work transition
  • New trust in their own advice
… and so many more breakthroughs.

Consider the luxury of having a listener, and deciding to show up for seven days.
