To capture the magic of the Evolutionary Leadership workshop, I was embedded in the workshop and interviewed participants. Founder and facilitator Gibrán Rivera seeks to create a “peak experience” for participants, and my job was to convey that. I spent a year with Evolutionary Leadership creating stories and launching audience engagement experiments.
