IISC trainers opened conversations about equity with this famous meme, and we set out to create an updated illustration. We released it, including all of the design files, and invited the world to remix it so that we could build a new language in public.

This meme went mega-viral, sparking conversations across the sector about equity and beyond. We partnered with the Center for Story-based Strategy to create The 4th Box, an imagination tool, which provides additional tools for conversation and highlights pitfalls in stopping with just equality and equity.
