Healers shouldn’t have to hustle. Yet the structures of today are not taking care of those spiritual medicine people who take care of us. Sacred Ways Foundation envisions a salary for traditional medicine keepers. It is supporting indigenous families around the world through unrestricted funding, and aspires to steward an intergenerational fund for families to ensure the medicine path is viable for future lineage holders. I worked to design the structure of this foundation, participated on the founding board of directors, and designed the first phase of stakeholder engagement for fundraising.
